Day 40: Well hello Tony, I'm doing well...thank you for asking.

I skipped the gym today and took a 2 hour nap in the middle of the day because one of my classes was cancelled...if you sleep through your alarm like a log, you probably needed to do so anyway!

I also ate like crap today because I splurged a little...bread for breakfast, starches for breakfast, sandwich for lunch (SO GOOD THO!), chips for dinner. Wow. And I didn't go to gym today but I think meeting the former prime minister of Great Britain, Mr. Tony Blair makes a good enough excuse to skip the gym. I met and greeted with Mr. Blair and some other suits when he came to Dallas to do a speech on freedom, poverty etc. etc. I didn't agree on a lot of what he said, but he's British...the accent makes him sound intelligent. LOL, jk, I didn't agree with a few things he said about the war but other than that, I think I like the man. He was genuine and sincere and even at moments when he was making rather unpopular statements, he stuck to his guns and backed them up and I respect him for that! So yeahh for meeting and greeting with Tony. I'll be doing it again tomorrow at 11 am in case anyone is interested.

Where are your veggies in that meal plan?!

And I skipped the gym this morning, too! My class was canceled and I slept right on threw!

there were veggies in my sandwich in the afternoon...it was just too tedious to add each one into the ww website so I just added it to the points with the bread!! OH and potato chips are SOO a veggie serving ;)
