Well, I go to a 7:30 am meeting on Saturdays so today was my weigh in day and of course, like I expected, the 180's didn't stick and I weighed in today at 192.4 but thats still
-1.4 down from last week for a total loss of 5 lbs since I joined WW. Pretty darn good...not exceptional but still acceptable and I'll take it and run! What is everyone else saturday like? I just got back from saturday morning tutoring at a local school and lunch. I'm going to probably take a little nap and then head to the gym. I want to look up new class schedules for the month and make my gym schedule today and study a little bit too. Tonight, I'm probably going to go watch
The other Boleyn Girl with some friends and call it a night. I'm absolutely swamped with stuff I need to get done this weekend so not much time for anything but lots of work and little play. Sigh. The desk in the office and I are about to get real friendly this weekend. Such is life! Be back later with the food stuff! Update: I have hopelessly searched the blogging world and googled the heck out of workout logs and I still can't seem to find a way to neatly organize all of my workout into a monthly calendar. I want to keep track of my strength training reps/weights and my cardio but without too much clutter. If you have an idea, let me know...I would LOVE to hear it!! Okay enough already with the web surfing...I
will do something productive with my life starting...NOW.

The workout logs look good too. Mine are just regular written logs in a blank notebook.
