Day 36: Zen saturday

After all of my surfing the web, I hit the gym and did the stair master for the first time in a LONG time and boy, did it whoop my behind. 4 mins into it I was panting and about 10 mins into it I was dripping sweat all over the place (AND I don't even sweat that much when I workout..gross!). After 15 mins, my legs would just not climb another step so I called it a a day, hit some lower body strength training and left. The day was just beautiful yesterday so I took my blanket out to the quad and called a bunch of girls and we just lay there with our Ipods watching the sunset and talking. It was absolutely beautiful and it put me in a very zen place...just what I needed at the moment.

Here's the food for the day! I picked at so many different foods all day, it was almost impossible to journal.

You got so many great foods in there! I laugh at days like that- my list seems ENDLESS! I hit the gym today for the first time in a long time, too! I bet we both feel great! How about we both go tomorrow, too!
