Day 10: Perfection

Today was one of those (rare?) PERFECT days on plan. I worked out, I ate right, I ate core, and I feel fabulous. See, I'm really trying; I really can do it! Okay, its way way too late so I'm off to bed.
Below is the menu. Oh and I didnt do just 0 mins on the elliptical but I don't know how to fix it and I'm too exhausted to figure it out!
