Day 11: Whatever happened to kids size portions being kiddie sized?

Haha, perfection is a tough ideal to strive for; today was alright but a bit rough towards the end...I went to Pei Wei with a friend for dinner and when I left, I had about 11 points (including activity points to cover me). So when I got there, I ordered some steamed vegetables and tofu on white rice and I ordered the kids size. Well who wouldve thought that the KIDS size has about 2 cups of white rice!! That is A LOT of carbs and points for a KID!! GEEZ! America, get a clue about portion sizes please! So I was a bit miffed about that...even after I got the order, I shouldve set some aside right from the get go but I thought I wasn't going to eat it all. But then I started getting really involved in conversation and when I do I start picking at my food and a bite here and a bite there over 2 hours ended up being pretty much the entire bowl! Ha, I hope I'm overestimating in points but I just want to be on the safe side. Either way, I had AP's and flexes to cover it but now I'm in the hole till saturday unless I use APs! Oh well, I don't plan on anymore big dinners or anything...we should be okay! Here's the menu below...I had some pretty insightful thoughts today on weight loss because I met a fellow WW that has been on plan for about 5 years now and talking to her really got me thinking...BUT I'm about to run out the door so no time to write them all out! Ha, sorry for being a tease...I will tomm!

Oh and todays AP: 50 mins moderate cardio (elliptical) and 25 mins strength training
