Day 9: Sort of a blowout

Gar, today was a blowout again. I mean, I ate mostly core foods all day long but I went over points (AGAIN)! It's like I'm just not sure when I'm full; at ALL. I am completely reliant on the flex points system to tell me when I'm full! While this is fabulous for weight loss I really hope that I can come to the point where I am able to tell myself when I'm full and not continue eating just because the food is there. I'm on the run at the moment so I'll spare you more rambling ;)...I'll post the food journal for yesterday in a second. I almost didn't want to but what good would that do? Atleast this way I'm accountable!
