Day 32, 33, 34: I'm beat

I signed on wanting to write so much but I got a phone call and then I had to write a check and one thing led to another and now an hour later...I just don't have it in me. So short post tonight; I'm just checking in. I hit the gym today but did a pretty light workout: I'm a little sore and TOM came today and I was majorly cramping. Oh and I'm a little pissed because I was beautifully poised at 190ish and now with TOM...I literally shot up to 193 in less than 24 hours. No joke. I know its water weight and I'm desperately drinking water to take away that bloated feel but still ugh. why two days before weigh in?
Okay, really off to bed now.

Did you have just breadsticks and M&M's for dinner?! It's okay- Wednesday my dinner consisted of popcor, chocolate, a Red Bull and cereal (I was stuck in an office until 10pm)!

same story---stuck at work and I had lunch pretty late (like around 4 late) so I wasn't that hungry around dinner. And of course, by the time I got home, all I wanted to do was crawl into bed!
