Day 16: I'm so sore!

Haha, so the gym workout yesterday DEFINITELY took its toll on my legs today...I was hobbling around the house all day! All those lunges better be worth it! As always, I've stayed up way to late and I have to be up wayyyy tooo early cuz I wanna hit the gym tomm at 5:30am before I have to head to work so on that note...I bid you adieu! Happy upcoming week everyone!

No gym today :( I was too sore but I did stretch for a while to relieve some soreness...does stretching count? :P

Its ok not to go to the gym every day - you don't want to do damage to already sore muscles.
And stretching does count! I hope your legs feel better today.

Hi,
I was looking over your intake record...You may need to make some changes...if you want to loose wt...Start with looking at your carbs and proteins. Carbs are metabolized as sugar in your body...You need more proteins than carbs and fats, in order to loose the weight...unless you have a disorder that contraindicates that type of diet. Stop eating white foods (breads, potatoes, pasta's, Banana's, milk, rice, oatmeal, cereals) eat more fish (tuna, sardines, baked fish), and eat white meat chicken and broccoli. Also make sure you drink at least 80 oz of water per day to rid your body of waste products. Sodas are really bad for you - they depleat the calcium from your bones, you also need calcium for other body functions too. You will have faster progress if you adjust your diet. :0) Good Luck!!!
