I was going to wait till later but I couldnt wait to report that I LOST 5.6 lbs this week!!! and I'm soo soo happy! I worked hard this week! I'll be back later with the menu :)
UPDATE: The day sorta flew by me...I ate two small slices of pizza at work today and I came back home a little past noon. And before I knew it, it was 5 pm and it was time for me to hit the gym. By the time I was done with that (I had an AMAZING workout today--I felt fabulous...dont you love saturday evenings when it you seem to have the whole place to yourself?) and hit the showers, it was somehow 8:30 pm! Where does the time go!? And thats when I realized that I hadn't eaten more than a handful of pretzels since about noon. I heated up some Indian leftovers and oatmeal but there was no way that I could've eaten 16 points of food in a few hours w/out doing some serious damage to my arteries so hence, the huge amount of points leftover. No worries, my bf is coming into town from the 13-15 and for three days (its his Valentine's day special for me) he has control of my schedule (i.e. my eating). He's planned everything out and its all an huge surprise...the only bad thing? I have to be prepared for everything: unhealthy meals, vegging out, happy hours etc. so since I have no idea what I'm in store for, I'm raking in the APs and saving up the flex so I'm not so worried about going off plan that I can't enjoy everything that he has planned for us! I still intend to make good choices tho--this losing weight thing is too addictive to quit now ;) Haha, heres to hoping everyone had a great OP day :)
UPDATE 2: I had a snack attack late last night as I was watching TV so I went ahead and made myself a small sandwich. The damage is listed below :P
