...I really really didn't want to post but when I started this blog, I told myself that I would be honest...face it, accept it, fix it! So here's the damage from yesterday...Now that I'm over my debbie downer, teary, broken down outlook on my body, I'm ready to hit today head on!Oh and I've been PARCHED lately...I drink about 2.5 L of water through the day and I'm still parched...like so thirsty I would even drink Dallas tap water (poison!! yuck) to quench it...hmm, and I'm not doing anything different at the gym or anything... Should I be worried...I guess time will tell. Meanwhile, the gotta-go to the bathroom dance is being perfected :P

ugh, weightloss is hard - not just on your body but also on your mind... it's amazing at what you can tell yourself or talk yourself into without knowing it... i've had times where i just wanted to eat something and didn't really 'think' about til i was practically done... i think you have a really good attitude - knowing when to forgive and forget is such a key thing! :o)

I've actually noticed that the more water I drink, the more I NEED it. Seriously, the thirst kicks in. So maybe your thirst is a good thing? I am no scientist...
